Normally, all sorts of payments are due on the day our cleaning services are scheduled. But, we also accept advance payments via credit and debit cards. Moreover, please note that we do not accept any checks.

Cancellation Policy

Frangipani understands how unpredictable life can be. That’s why we work with your schedule to ensure that we’re cleaning your home at a time that’s most convenient for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call about 72 hours before your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.

Satisfaction Guarantee

The cleaning methods we use to ensure that your home receives the most consistent clean every time. During your first consultation, we’ll create a customized cleaning plan that’s designed to accommodate all of your specific requests. However, we do recognize that perfection is not always possible, which is why we back all of our work with a satisfaction guarantee. We’re happy to correct our mistakes at no additional cost to you when you call us within 24 hours of your most recent service.
